Presentation Instructions (for the authors)

Plenary, Keynotes, Oral and Flash Comunications

 

 

  • Plenary Lectures: 45 minutes.

  • Keynotes and Invited lectures: 30 minutes.

  • Oral Communications: 15 minutes.

  • Flash Communications:  5 minutes.

    Discussion time is included in the presentation time.

 

  • The official conference language will be English, no simultaneous translation will be available.

 

  • The lecture halls will be equiped with computer presentation (PC with MS PowerPoint + projector) facilities.

 

  • Save your presentation file in the  ECTP2014 desktop Folder of the PC installed in the lecture Room before your session time. A member of the conference staff will be present at the lecture Room along the coffee break and will support you on that. Check briefly your presentation. The use of any personal PC/MAC computer needs a prior autorization of the Lecture ROOM technical staff and involves a preliminary machine check compatibility that will be done in the time break time before your presentation.

 

 

 

POSTER Presentation

 

 

  • The number of each poster and its corresponding poster board is given in the POSTER session programme.

 

  • Contributors are responsible for printing and providing their own posters for display at the congress.

 

  • The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high.

 

  • Tape and technical equipment for the hanging of the posters will be available.
